So what can music do? We all "like" our own style of music, but can music unite us as a world? Check this out and you tell me.... And I hope that you "Stand By Me"...

Monster Ride - Updated August 7, 2010
I am in the midst of planning the first annual (?) Monster Ride in support of Muscular Dystrophy research. If you are interested in participating, check out the proposed route and let me know if you are interested. The date is planned for July 8, 9, & 10, 2011.
I have been in touch with Michael Kneebone of the IBA and have permission to forgo the detailed log that the IBA requires. Instead, we are looking at a manditory "corner" reciept and a "sign out/sign in" odometer reading. The estimated distance is 1117.7 miles with an estimated completion time of 22 hours 16 minutes. A total of 30 hours will be alloted to finish the course. This is an ENDURANCE ride for charity, which has officially been recognised by Muscular Dystrophy Canada!
Safety is our first and foremost concern. The 30 hour allotment should allow for a few hour sleep if you need it.
Those who take part will recieve a ride patch and T-shirt . A "pledge sheet" will be included in a finished information package and a presentation will be done at the completion of the ride.
I am in the process of drumming up some form of sponsorship for this and would love some help with the organizational aspect of this endeavour. If you are interested in helping out, pm me or email me at ular@quesnelbiker.com. Lets try and make an impact in the community.
